COMMISION DETAILS.

  We are always interested in commision work. Depending on a few factors we will generally accept commisions provided that there is a material, and time availability for doing the work. On rare occasion someone will come up with something where either the resources or subject matter is not going to allow for a commision.
  If we choose to accept a commision you will be charged for the project half in advance and half upon completion of the work. The deposit is non-refundable and a time will be given as to when the work can be reasonably expected to be completed. We hold to very high standards and try to keep all works on time or ahead of schedule. However we do ask that a degree of leeway is observed, generally a week or so in the event that either materials or other factors make for a delay. Upon completion of a project prior to shipping, a photo will be sent via e-mail to the customer for final approval. Once this has been done and the customer agrees to finish the transaction we will ship the merchandise upon reciept of final payment.
  If the product is not to their liking, we will make an effort to correct the problem until it meets with their satisfaction. In such cases while we will prioritize the correction and work, there may be a time delay equal to the original scheduled time to complete the peice. Please note that all reasonable attempts will be made to make the customer happy and satisfied with our products. However, excessively problematic customers or those who cannot reach an agreement upon the product after a few attempts have been made to correct any concerns will be dropped as clients and any monies invested will be forfiet.
  I have always tried to give 110% to my customers because I value your business and appreciate what it is like trying to purchase art or jewelry or items that I wanted online or via catalogs etc. I never loose site of the fact that I too am a customer in this world and I try to always treat all of my clients with the utmost respect and consideration for your needs!  I thank you for considering my company for your art, furniture, or jewelry needs!
